510 - OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry

This course is the prerequisite to the OTI 500 course. It will cover OSHA policies, procedures, and standards for the construction industry as well as safety and health principles. Each section of the OSHA Construction Standards will be covered. Special emphasis will be placed on those areas that are more hazardous, using OSHA standards as a guide. OSHA's 29 CFR 1926 Construction Safety Standard will be provided.
