June is...National Safety Month

In an effort to promote public awareness and ultimately decrease the number of injuries and deaths , June is designated as National Safety Month. This year’s theme - “Safety: Where We Live, Work and Play”. Activities this month will address the most significant reasons for unintentional injuries and deaths in the American workplace, on the road and in the home and community. Each of the four weeks will have a specific focus:

June 1 - 7 …………….Teen Driving
June 8 - 14 …………….Falls Prevention
June 15 - 21………...….Overexertion
June 22 - 28 ……...……Distracted Driving
